Shipping policy

Order Processing and Shipping Methods

We process and prepare all orders Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed during these hours are typically packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Please note that during sales or promotional events, processing times may extend up to 5 business days. Additionally, please account for extra delivery time based on the shipping method selected at checkout.

All orders placed within the United States and internationally are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, FEDEX, or DHL. U.S. orders typically take 2-3 business days for delivery, depending on the time of packaging, shipping, and the final destination. Express Mail options (1-2 days within the U.S.) may be available during checkout. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us via email at ruckerroots@gmail.com to ensure we can meet your desired delivery date. Please allow additional time for deliveries that may be delayed due to adverse weather conditions or holidays.

For orders that include backordered or pre-ship items, we will ship the entire order once all items are available. As a small business, we are unable to afford multiple shipments for a single order.

Shipping Insurance and Signature Confirmation

At checkout, you have the option to purchase shipping insurance and signature confirmation. These options provide extra protection:

  • Insurance: Covers your package if it is lost or damaged during transit.
  • Signature Confirmation: Ensures that the package is delivered to the right person, providing proof of delivery.

If you choose not to purchase insurance or signature confirmation, you are accepting full responsibility for the package once it has been shipped. We highly recommend selecting these options for valuable or time-sensitive shipments.

Stolen, Damaged, or Lost Shipments

Rucker Roots is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed once they have been shipped. If a package is lost, we are unable to replace it but can offer a discount code for re-purchasing the items. If you have opted for insurance, you may file a claim with the carrier for reimbursement.

In the event of a lost or damaged package, if insurance and/or signature confirmation were purchased, please contact us within 15 business days of the expected delivery date. We will assist in locating the package or filing a claim with the carrier. Please be aware that it may take up to 30 days to process claims for U.S. orders and up to 45 days for international orders.

Packages Listed as Delivered

If you decline the signature confirmation option, you assume full liability for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Rucker Roots cannot be held responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered via tracking information. We strongly recommend opting for signature confirmation to ensure the safe receipt of your order.
